Shipments and Delivery

Every product will be sent registered by the Greek Post Office (ELTA) with a tracking number which will be sent to you right after the delivery  of the product.

The average delivery time for Europe is estimated about: 4-7 working days

The average delivery time for the rest of the world (USA – Australia – Africa – Latin America)  is estimated about: 10-15 working days

There is a possibility that the average delivery time to distant countries (e.g. Colombia) will be slightly longer.

Your order will be shipped within next 4 working days after payment.


All orders must be paid with PayPal. Payments must be made within the next 4 days after ordering the product.

Duties and Customs Clearance

All shipments made by VFrenchCarParts.com depart from warehouses located in Greece. Duties, customs fees or any other expenses necessary for the customs clearance of the goods are charged to the customer, without the possibility of reimbursement or request for reimbursement by the customer to VFrenchCarParts.com. The customer who places an order on VFrenchCarParts.com from a country outside the European Union assumes responsibility for the payment of customs fees and any duties required by his country of origin.

VAT Billing

Our prices include VAT. You can enter your VAT number and get an invoice for your purchase, indicating the company name.
The invoice will be sent by email when the order is shipped.

The billing information that you provided during the order cannot be modified.  In addition, due to the automation of administrative processing, we cannot issue a newly revised invoice.


We guarantee that all our products are new and in their original packages. However, we may send them in a different packing for safety reasons and include the original package within.  

For the very few products we sell as used, the function and the condition is guaranteed.

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted only if the product malfunctions. Before accepting a return, you must send an email with photographs showing the products malfunction.

In case you are not sure about the fitting of this particular car part to your car, send us an email with your car’s specifications in order to check our catalogues and provide you an answer. All items must be returned within 10 days after delivery at the buyer’s location.

Before buying the product please confirm that the particular car part is compatible for your car. Returns will not be accepted in case of your own responsibility. The buyer will be charged with the return shipping cost.
