Shipping Information

What shipping methods are available?

We typically use the standard shipping service. 

The average delivery time for Europe is estimated about: 4-7 working days.

If you need Expedited Shipping for remote locations or regions outside E.U. please contact us to make arrangements.

Do you ship outside of the European Union?

Yes, we do.

The average delivery time for the rest of the world (USA – Australia – Africa – Latin America)  is estimated about: 10-15 working days.

There is a possibility that the average delivery time to countries with remote regions (e.g. Colombia) will be slightly longer.

How might I obtain an estimated date of delivery?

Every product will be sent registered by the Greek Post Office (ELTA) with a tracking number which will be sent to you right after the delivery  of the product.

Can you combine two items in the same shipping?

Yes. However, for very large or heavy items, it might not be possible. Please contact us for specific details.

Payment Information

What payments methods are available?

All orders must be paid with PayPal. Payments must be made within the next 4 days after ordering the product.

If you do not have a PayPal account yet, please create it here or from the login page, before completing the order.

Can I get two separate invoices in a combined shipping of two or more items?

We can arrange it. Contact us before ordering.

Orders And Returns

How do I return or exchange an item?

Returns are accepted only if the product malfunctions. Before accepting a return, you must send an email with photographs showing the products malfunction.

In case you are not sure about the fitting of this particular car part to your car, send us an email with your car’s specifications in order to check our catalogues and provide you an answer. All items must be returned within 10 days after delivery at the buyer’s location.

Before buying the product please confirm that the particular car part is compatible for your car. Returns will not be accepted in case of your own responsibility. The buyer will be charged with the return shipping cost.

How do I cancel an order?

Send us an email containing your name and order number within 6 hours of your order.

Orders that have already been shipped can not be cancelled.

Warranty

Are your items guaranteed?

We guarantee that all our products are new and in their original packages. However, we may send them in a different packing for safety reasons and include the original package within.  

For the very few products we sell as used, the function and the condition is guaranteed.
